The Wedding Packages

Each wedding package has been thoughtfully put together, while still allowing flexibility for the details that matter most to you. It serves as a starting point for creating the wedding you have dreamed of.

Each package allows the ceremony to be held in the Bell Chapel or at the Knoll (outdoor wedding), and will include a wedding arch to walk through or under. The guests will be seated, arranged in a layout to create an atmosphere of intimacy, while giving everyone a clear view of the entire ceremony.

The reception can be what you want it to be with each package offering a unique venue (and accommodations in some).

The Intimate Celebration

The reception includes round tables, seating for eight at each table, with the choice of black or white tablecloth and two centerpieces. The setting is perfect for either a cocktail reception or full dining, and has designated DJ, dance floor and bar areas.

The Intimate Celebration allows the party to begin immediately after the ceremony with tables pre-set and ready for guests in the spacious sides of the chapel, leaving a wide center aisle for the entrance of the bride and her bridal party.

This package is limited to 50 guests, starting at $2500.

The Classic Celebration

The reception can be held in either the Bell Chapel or hosted outdoors beneath a beautifully appointed tent, creating a more expansive setting for your celebration. It includes round tables, seating for eight at each table, with the choice of black or white tablecloth and two centerpieces, a head table that seats eight and, upon request, a sweetheart table for the bride and groom.

This package is limited to 150 guests, starting at $3700.

The Grand Celebration

This package offers one of two options for the reception. It can be held in either the Bell Chapel or hosted outdoors beneath a beautifully appointed tent, creating a more expansive setting for your celebration. It includes round tables, seating for eight at each table, with choice of black or white tablecloth and two centerpieces, a head table that seats eight, and upon request, a sweetheart table for the bride and groom.

With the Grand option, you will spend two nights in our exclusive and brand new four‑suite lodge. Between the shared living spaces and the beautiful outdoor deck, you have the opportunity to share time with those who are closest to you. Invite your most important people (parents, best man, maid or matron of honor) to escape to the quiet, serene woods of Mid-Michigan prior to your wedding day.

This package is limited to 150 guests, starting at $8500.

The Legacy Celebration

Your reception can be held in either the Bell Chapel or hosted outdoors beneath a beautifully appointed tent, creating a more expansive setting for your celebration. It includes round tables, seating for eight at each table, with choice of black or white tablecloth and two centerpieces, a head table that seats eight, and, upon request, a sweetheart table for the bride and groom.

Our exclusive and brand new four‑suite lodge offers the opportunity to invite your parents, best man, and maid or matron of honor to enjoy their own private suites, each complete with its own en-suite, offering comfort and convenience for your wedding day preparations. Invite additional guests to join in the pre‑wedding celebration as you and your selected guests enjoy full access to the property, including The Commons (a full-feature campground), the Pavilion (an ideal place for meals), the Gathering Fire Pit (for fun and memorable conversations), and the Lodge for five days and four nights of meaningful celebration, Wednesday thru Sunday.

“Bell Ringing” Ceremony

And… each of our weddings include our signature “Bell Ringing” ceremony. After the vows, you don't just walk back down the aisle. The timeless tradition of ringing the chapel bell marks the moment! This cherished ritual symbolizes joy, unity, and the sharing of good wishes with all in attendance. As the bell rings out, it invites loved ones to celebrate and announces the couple's first steps together into married life. "Just as this bell is strong and enduring, may your commitment be steady."

The Chapel is just the beginning of the beautiful photo opportunities throughout the property, followed by the Stone Archway, the memorable Bell Ringing, and many others waiting to be discovered.
